today the littles and I made soap foam, I found the recipe HERE. It is just 1/4 cup of water, 2 TBS of dish soap ( I have found that dawn works best) and few drops of food color. You then mix it with and electric mixer until it forms peaks.

So for this card I used home made texture paste, I mixed 1 part white acrylic paint, one part baby powder and 1/2 part mod podge, I colored the cloud and sun with the water color pencils and the Honey and sky alcohol based markers. I also colored the butterflies with cotton candy and Juniper markers.
start with any six petal flower, I got mine from the artiste cart. and hide the center contour using cricut craft room. If you do not have a cricut I do have the diecuts for sale just send me a message and I will set you up. I then sprayed both sides with my homemade glimmer mist (water, a few drops of acrylic paint and pearl ex) then I make a slit from the inside of the petal to the center on the first one, cut off a petal on the second one, cut off 2 petals on the third one.
then fold them one petal under the one beside it until they all look like cones
shape you petals by folding them down and the glue them together
for this card I used a 8 x 5 1/2 sheet of cardstock for the base and scored it down the middle, I used a 4x51/2 piece of laughing Lola for the front. I cut a 2 1/2 inch circle in both the base and the front the center of the circle is at 3 1/2 inches from the bottom, 2 inches from the top and 2inches in each side.
I cut the spider web from artbooking photo mat 1 letter v at 5.5 real dial size and the spiders (you will need 2) from letter c at 2 real dial size
I glued a piece of 5inch string in-between the 2 spiders, and taped both the top and bottom of the string to the outside of the base. I then glued the webs to the front if the laughing Lola paper and glued it to the front to cover the string.
for these shadow boxes I used 12x12 black card stock.
I used white in the example so it would show up better
score your 12x12 card stock at score 1/2, 1 ,1 1/2 and 2 then at 10, 10 1/2. 11 and 11 1/2
turn your paper and again score at 1/2, 1, 1 1/2, and 2 and at 10, 10 1/2, 11 and 11 1/2
then on the top and bottom of your page score at 2 1/2 down to your third score line
then cut off 1 1/2 X 2 inches of each of your corners and cut the and at the 9 1/2 also down to your third score line
the inside paper measures 7 3/4 x 7 3/4 glue this piece to your center
then fold all your score marks in and put glue down your inter most score line excluding the tabs ( I used a hot glue gun)
now glue your tabs at the corners and adhere a ribbon to hang
